Gregory T. Babbitt received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A., Political Science, 1993) and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 1997). While in law school, Mr. Babbitt clerked for California Court of Appeal, Associate Justice Richard D. Huffman. Mr. Babbitt has dedicated his career as a California lemon attorney to protecting consumers. After trial, the jury ordered Fleetwood to repurchase the Robertson’s trailer and pay a civil penalty for failing to repurchase the trailer prior to the lawsuit being filed. Josh served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California for more than seventeen years. Josh was the Chief of the Majors Frauds and Public Corruption Section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and he has considerable experience prosecuting cases involving deceptive, fraudulent, and predatory practices.
