About Pat
Mr. Mosley has extensive experience in insurance litigation and employment law. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts and has tried cases in arbitration. In employment law, his primary emphasis has been advising and defending employers and management. Pat's experience includes: representing insurers in first party claims involving coverage disputes; representing insured persons and entities in various personal injury claims including those arising out of transportation and premises liability; representing trucking companies and law enforcement in wrongful death claims; representing employers in discrimination claims (governmental and individual), wrongful termination claims, wage and hour claims, and occupational safety claims; and representing public entities in discrimination claims, allegations of civil rights violations, construction disputes, wage and hour claims, and Open Meetings Act issues. He has also represented business entities in Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act litigation, commercial disputes, and business loss litigation, and he has drafted personnel policies and employee handbooks.
