About Paul
Mr. Deloughery (pronounced di-LOW-ree) cares about the success of his clients and is very results-oriented. Mr. Deloughery received his B.A./B.S. degrees from Indiana University-Bloomington. He is also a cum laude graduate of the prestigious Iowa College of Law. He graduated from law school in 27 months, when most students take 36 months to graduate. While in law school, he served as a research assistant to Professor Alan Widiss, assisting in the writing of a new edition of the treatise Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Insurance, published by Anderson Publishing. At the same time, he was also a partner in a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health agency in Minnesota, learning much about the intricacies of the health care system in the process.
Mr. Deloughery is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and Minnesota, as well as the United States District Court for the Districts of Arizona and Minnesota. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, including the Probate and Trust Law Section, and also the Maricopa County Bar Association, including the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section.
Mr. Deloughery regularly represents a wide range of clients involved in complex, high-end estate, trust, probate and business matters. He will be giving a presentation at the Arizona Fiduciary Association's July conference. His familiarity with asset protection techniques and businesses give him an advantage in locating hidden assets.
