• Dog Bite Attorney Klisiewicz successfully pursued a claim for the victim of a dog bite against a kennel located in Maine. The client vistited the kennel to inquire about adopting the dog when she was bit in the face. The client suffered with scarring as well as emotional trauma. The claim settled and the client was compensated for her damages, which included physical, emotional and financial damages. Motor Vehicle Claims Attorney Klisiewicz has successfully settled hundreds of motor vehicle accident claims with injuries ranging from fractured bones, herniated discs and facial scarring to soft tissue neck and back injuries. Bad Faith/93A Claims Attorney Klisiewicz filed a lawsuit and a bad faith claim against a driver and her insurance company on behalf of a client who was denied property damage coverage by the other persons insurance company. The insurance company argued their driver was not a fault although a common sense review of the accident facts revealed otherwise. After exhausting all pre litigation alternatives, Attorney Klisiewicz filed the lawsuit which eventually settled after the insurance company agreed to pay the client’s property damage claim in full as well, damages and attorney fees. Slip/Fall Attorney Klisiewicz represented a tenant against his landlord regarding a slip and fall on ice. The client suffered bilateral knee injuries and incurred substantial medical bills due to surgery and inpatient treatment. The claim settled 11 months later for $95,000.00. Attorney Klisiewicz has represented numerous clients regarding slip and fall injuries including claims against a well known Boston University, apartment complexes, condominium associations, private businesses and snow removal companies. Short Term and Long Term Disability Claims Attorney Klisiewicz has reversed denied short term and long term disability claims for numerous clients resulting in weekly payments for clients and often times, the payment of back benefits.
