After graduating from the New England School of Law in 1990, I moved to Florida, took and passed the Florida Bar Exam and accepted in December of 1990 a position as an assistant Public Defender with the Pinellas County Public Defender's Office.

After gaining valuable trial experience, I left the Public Defender's Office in the summer of 1992 and formed a partnership with Attorney Greg Hoza. Hoza & Limberis practiced in the fields of estate planning, personal injury, and law in general. Our firm became heavily involved in the class action litigation of breast implants representing over three hundred (300) claimants.

I formed my own practice in 2000 and have focused primarily on personal injury law and estate planning. I have approached my personal injury cases and my passion for the law with zest and hard work. I have met my clients in their homes, in hospitals, in coffee shops or wherever it is convenient for them. If you have been injured due to the negligence of another, or wish to discuss an estate plan for you and family, call me. Reduced fees on all personal injury claims and free reviews for those who already have estate documents in place.

SAMPLE LEGAL CASES

Does Getting a Document Notarized Make It "Legal"?
The public's perception of what a notary does and what notarization accomplishes is often incorrect. This is particularly the case when a person brings a document to a notary public to be notarized, thinking that the notarization will in some way "legalize" the document or make it "official." Learn more here.
Unmarried? You Are Not Alone, But You Still Need a Plan
Did you know that in many instances, it is even more important that a single person have a well-coordinated estate plan, than a married couple. This is because the default laws governing estates often work poorly for people without a spouse and may not adequately provide for a significant other or unmarried partner. Having a cohesive and well-drafted estate plan will ensure that you protect and provide for those you truly care about upon your death. Learn more here.
When an Adult Needs a Guardian of Property
There are two types of guardianships: a guardianship of the person and a guardianship of the property (also known as a guardianship of the estate or a conservatorship). A guardian of the person is responsible for the ward’s physical safety and well-being. A guardian of the property is responsible for the ward’s money and assets. Learn more here.
