About Peter

Peter practices in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquistions, employment law and estate planning. He regularly advises owners of closely-held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships on all aspects of business law as well as succession planning for business owners.

Peter received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University and his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. During the 1997-98 court term, Peter served as law clerk to the Honorable James G. Troiano, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, where he assisted in both family and juvenile matters. He is a former Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Attorney General Office, Division of Law.  Peter is a recipient of the Young Lawyers' Section Achievement Award from the Essex County Bar Association (2003).  He was recognized as the Lawyer of the Month (August 2004) by the Essex County Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.

Peter currently serves as the Mayor for the Township of Cedar Grove.  He is the Co-Vice Chair of the Corporate Committee, the Assistant Editor of the Chronicle, member of the Delegates Council and is the former Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Essex County Bar Association. Peter is the General Counsel of the Cedar Grove Chapter of UNICO National, an Italian-American service organization.
