Mr. Jack’s real estate practice includes commercial and residential acquisitions, leasing, refinancing, loan acquisitions, workouts, foreclosures and related bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Jack also provides counseling to his clients on land use, permitting and other areas of municipal law.

With the expertise gathered from his own successful entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Jack counsels both established and start-up businesses on a variety of legal issues, including business formation, succession planning, contracts, lease negotiations, employee relations and general business planning and management.

Mr. Jack is active in politics and government having worked on multiple local, state and national campaigns as well as a Congressional legislative aide on Capital Hill. He is currently an elected member of the Massachusetts State Democratic Party.

Mr. Jack resides in Ashland where he has served as an elected member of the Ashland Board of Selectmen (Past Chairman), as well as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Conservation Commission, and as Ashland’s reative to the MetroWest Growth Management Committee (Past Chairman), the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (Chairman) and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council.present
