About Phillip
Mr. De Caro has been a partner in the law firm of De Caro & De Caro, P.C. since 1989. He specializes in the trials of general negligence, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice matters. In addition, he takes an active role in the firm's real estate transactional work. Formerly an arbitrator for the City of White Plains City Court, Mr. De Caro currently serves as a member of the City of Rye Planning Commission. Previously employed by L & H Abstract Corporation, which is presently a division of First American Title Insurance Company, he closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions. Mr. De Caro is the Leader of the Rye Republican Party.
