QUESTIONNAIRE
I had a client who was seriously hurt in a accident and was getting the run around from her own insurance company who offered her $50,000. When I came on the case, we did not take any garbage and got the client the full payment of her policy of $250,000.
How did you build a successful practice?By working very hard for my clients and believing in my clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Because the system is very complicated and difficult to navigate and you will not get what you deserve on your own.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Extremely important, there are literally thousands of nuances to the law and you can only be successful at overcoming them with experience.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?I can tell you if I think you have a viable case and whether it is worth pursuing.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?I need to know what happened and how you were harmed.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?My commitment to my clients and the fact that I have spent my entire career in the courtroom unlike most lawyers today.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Seeing people get some sense of justice so that they can move on from a tough time in their life.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I love motorcycles, racing cars and scuba diving.
Are you involved in your community?I am very involved and have coached youth sports, volunteered for community organizations and I donate and to programs that help those that are at risk in our society.
