By the age of 29, she was a named partner in the renamed firm of Williams & Wender, P.A.. In 1999, she opened her own firm and continues to practice in Boca Raton. Jane-Robin previously served on the Florida Bar Workers'​ Compensation Board Certification Committee from 2008 to 2011 and served as the Chairperson of the Florida Bar Workers'​ Compensation Rules and Advisory Committee and still serves on this committee. Jane-Robin loves sports, especially baseball and football, and lives in Boca Raton with her husband and their teenage son.

Attorney Jason Chalik is a founding partner in The Law Offices of Chalik and Chalik, where he provides legal services and compassionate counsel to people who have suffered personal injury and loss of loved ones due to the negligence or recklessness of other responsible parties. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Jason and his family moved to the Sunshine State in 1977. Michael Acker has over 25 years of trial experience in all manner of personal injury litigation. He has been focused for much of that time on medical malpractice cases. It is his hope that holding the healthcare system responsible when something they do, or fail to do, results in harm will make every patient’s treatment safer in the future. Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. Aaron was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force just weeks after 9/11, serving as both a flight medic and a police officer. While deployed several times, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix. Following his military service, Aaron worked as a federal officer for the Department of Homeland Security. He led and managed multiple large teams responding to disasters and civil unrest across the United States. During this time, he witnessed the destruction caused by natural disasters firsthand. Aaron later earned a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Regis University.

David P. Slater has over 30 years of litigation and general practice experience and handles all accident cases from investigation through trial, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction and wrongful death. He is experienced in all real estate and landlord and tenant matters, collections, business practices and probate. He has been associated with various law firms throughout New York City for more than 20 years. He is now in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. He is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida, an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and a Special Magistrate to the Palm Beach County (Florida Department of Building, Zoning and Planning. He has written various legal articles that have been published in Florida newspapers. He taught business law at a local college and has lectured attorneys and business professionals in the area of landlord and tenant law. He is a former Traffic Court Hearing Officer, deputy chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Village of Chestnut Ridge, Rockland County, N.Y., and arbitrator with the Civil Court of the City of New York, Division of Small Claims, as well as the American Arbitration Association. Of Counsel and per diem associations with members of the Florida Bar are actively sought throughout the state.

She attended the University of Miami, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2010. While there, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and graduated in the top five percent of her class. She was also a member of the prestigious University of Miami President’s 100. She then attended the University of Miami Law School, graduating in 2013 Magna Cum Laude. She was also on the Inter- American Law Review during this time. Cassie began her internship with Gordon & Partners in 2012. One year later, she joined the firm’s Broward County office as an associate attorney. Cassie is currently a trial lawyer who has devoted her professional life to representing injured individuals in litigation. Cassie began her career at the firm handling all types of personal injury cases. In 2017, Cassie was trial counsel in a motor vehicle case where she obtained a verdict that was listed as one of Florida’s Top 100 Motor Vehicle Accident Verdicts in Florida. In 2017, Cassie began working exclusively in the firm’s tobacco litigation division. During this time, Cassie has been on trial teams that have received seven and eight figure verdicts including one that was named in the Top 100 Verdicts in Florida in 2018.
