By the age of 29, she was a named partner in the renamed firm of Williams & Wender, P.A.. In 1999, she opened her own firm and continues to practice in Boca Raton. Jane-Robin previously served on the Florida Bar Workers'​ Compensation Board Certification Committee from 2008 to 2011 and served as the Chairperson of the Florida Bar Workers'​ Compensation Rules and Advisory Committee and still serves on this committee. Jane-Robin loves sports, especially baseball and football, and lives in Boca Raton with her husband and their teenage son.

Terri Buchalter was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Florida in 1977 with honors. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Law School in 1980. That same year she was admitted into the Florida Bar. Terri specializes in personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, slip and fall and negligent security cases. Terri has successfully handled thousands of personal injury cases. Terri possesses outstanding legal and negotiation skills which she uses to maximize recoveries for her clients. Richard Hoffman graduated from the University of Miami Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1980, after graduating from Cornell University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1980, continuously practicing personal injury law on behalf of accident victims throughout Florida. Primarily a sole practitioner for his first ten years, Mr. Hoffman formed a lasting partnership with Terri Buchalter in 1990. Kenneth Dorchak has been a welcome partner since 2000. Kenneth Dorchak is a life long resident of South Florida. Mr. Dorchak graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 1988 and graduated with Honors from the Florida State University School of Law in 1991. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar since 1991, Mr. Dorchak is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District and has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. During his 26 years of practice Mr. Dorchak has practiced in the areas of personal injury and automobile, homeowner’s, health and disability insurance disputes with a focus in trial practice. Mr. Dorchak has worked to protect the rights of individuals and medical providers as co-counsel and court appointed class counsel in several statewide insurance class actions which were brought against large automobile insurance companies. Mr. Dorchak has also handled appellate matters including an important precedent setting case wherein Mr. Dorchak successfully defended the rights of individuals to an award of attorney’s fees against insurers who failed to pay insurance benefits. Mr. Dorchak has protected the rights of injured clients not only against large insurance companies but also against large chain retail stores, utility companies, amusement parks, apartment buildings, municipalities, construction companies, and trucking companies, among others. Attorney Jason Chalik is a founding partner in The Law Offices of Chalik and Chalik, where he provides legal services and compassionate counsel to people who have suffered personal injury and loss of loved ones due to the negligence or recklessness of other responsible parties. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Jason and his family moved to the Sunshine State in 1977. Michael Acker has over 25 years of trial experience in all manner of personal injury litigation. He has been focused for much of that time on medical malpractice cases. Mr. Belleh focuses his practice in the areas of Real Property, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Business and Immigration Law. Mr. Belleh is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, in Buffalo, New York, with a concentration in financial transactions. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York and earned a Certificate from the Cours Civilisation Franςaise de la Sorbonne in Paris, France. He served as Corporate Counsel for a real property development firm, where he focused on the formation and operation of Real Estate Investment Trusts, real property acquisition and development, finance, and title insurance matters. He also worked as a commercial litigation associate at boutique litigation firm in Miami, where he focused in commercial disputes and business torts. He has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders and real property developers and investors. Mr. Belleh has jury and bench trial experience and has argued several cases successfully before the District Court of Appeal. Mr. Belleh serves as Corporate Counsel for a number of privately-held companies based in South Florida and operating in a cross-section of industries. He is an agent of the Attorney Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic Title Insurance and the owner/operator of Brightstar Title & Escrow, INC. He is admitted to practice in the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Belleh is also a member of the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Section, the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

David P. Slater has over 30 years of litigation and general practice experience and handles all accident cases from investigation through trial, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction and wrongful death. He is experienced in all real estate and landlord and tenant matters, collections, business practices and probate. He has been associated with various law firms throughout New York City for more than 20 years. He is now in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. He is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida, an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and a Special Magistrate to the Palm Beach County (Florida Department of Building, Zoning and Planning. He has written various legal articles that have been published in Florida newspapers. He taught business law at a local college and has lectured attorneys and business professionals in the area of landlord and tenant law. He is a former Traffic Court Hearing Officer, deputy chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Village of Chestnut Ridge, Rockland County, N.Y., and arbitrator with the Civil Court of the City of New York, Division of Small Claims, as well as the American Arbitration Association. Of Counsel and per diem associations with members of the Florida Bar are actively sought throughout the state.

She was also a member of the prestigious University of Miami President’s 100. She then attended the University of Miami Law School, graduating in 2013 Magna Cum Laude. One year later, she joined the firm’s Broward County office as an associate attorney.
