About Randall
Randy's present practice centers around coordinating client patent portfolios with business objectives. He has a Ph.D. in Chemistry, and has been writing and prosecuting patents since 1982 in diverse technical areas including biodegradable polymers, polymers for coated abrasives and adhesives, magnetic recording materials, ceramics, metallurgy, coal processing, food processing, waste water clean-up, air pollution control, medical treatments, medical devices, chemical processes, air filters, fluid filters, engines, optics, conveyor systems, electrochemical processes, and photographic composites. Randy has extensive experience in the litigation of patents in both the chemical and mechanical arts. In October 2003, Randy was profiled in IP Law & Business, as one of ten patent attorneys identified in that publication's first Patent Hall of Fame.
