I am a multifaceted attorney (Licensed since 1998 in California, USA) with a finance (BS in Business Administration/Finance, 1990) and business background from both the corporate world and being an entrepreneur. I have nearly 5 years experience, as in-house counsel, from a leading multi-billion dollar international internet security and online payment/E-commerce company along with other legal disciplines learned as a Sole Practitioner (14 years), including, but not limited to, litigation, business, small business organization, and taxation & disability law. I have an excellent understanding of commercial, contract, data protection, e-commerce and privacy law, and knowledge of Internet technology. I am well versed in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including, but not limited to, confidentiality, sales, consulting, marketing, software licensing agreements, etc...
I am authorized to work in the European Union, United States of America, and Panama and willing to relocate outside the United States. I speak conversational Spanish.
