About Rebecca

Rebecca K. Watts was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1998. She was became a Board Certified Family Law Specialist in 2005 and a DRC Certified Family Financial Mediator in 2008. She began her practice of law in the Chapel Hill/ Durham area where she practiced until she moved to Charlotte in the fall of 2006. She joined the firm of Krusch & Sellers in 2010. Her family law practice includes negotiation and litigation of family law issues in district court and appeals of family law issues to the North Carolina appellate courts. She has a special interest in Domestic Violence law and has lectured on the issue to members of the Mecklenburg County Bar. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Mecklenburg County Bar and of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. She earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law (J.D. 1998) and her undergraduate degree from Florida State University (B.S. 1992).
