About Rebekah
Rebekah received her law degree with an emphasis in Business transactions and her LLM in Taxation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. During her time at Cooley, Rebekah also served as the President of the Tax Law Society. Rebekah was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2012, and was formally admitted to the United States Tax Court in 2013. Rebekah started out her tax career preparing tax returns for villagers in the remote regions of Alaska under the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program through the IRS. Rebekah's desire to work in tax law stems from her experience preparing tax returns and helping the underdog in situations with the IRS.
