In addition to primarily handling cases concerning family law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wills & estates, Mr. Harrion is presently a Special Master for the Fifth Chancery District of Mississippi (Hinds County), by special appointment of the Senior Chancellor, to hear civil commitment cases and recommend courses of action and services for persons needing inpatient and outpatient mental treatment.
Mr. Harrion is a former Family Master for the Fifth Chancery District of Mississippi (Hinds County), by special appointment of the Mississippi Supreme Court, who heard cases and recommended judgments establishing, modifying, and enforcing paternity and child support actions filed by the Mississippi Department of Human Services.
Mr. Harrion is also a former Deputy City Attorney for the City of Jackson, Mississippi, who worked within many areas of municipal government and handled a wide range of issues, including litigation and transactional matters.
Prior to working for the City of Jackson, Mr. Harrion maintained a private law practice and represented clients in the areas of business organizations; contracts; domestic relations, including divorce, child support, and child custody; nonprofit law; real estate; title insurance; wills, estates, and probate; and others.
