Aubrey Brown is a member of the firm’s litigation section, and was named a shareholder in 2018. His practice crosses multiple areas of law, consisting principally of: Family Law and Domestic Relations, including, divorces, spousal support and alimony, equitable distribution and division of property, pre-marital and pre-nuptial agreements, property settlement agreements, protective orders, and child custody, visitation, and child support matters. Residential Real Estate, including, purchases, sales, refinances, transfers, and real estate disputes. Personal Injury, including, automobile accidents, premises liability (“slip and fall”) and dog bites. Trust, Will and Estate Litigation. Aubrey is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Prior to joining Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., Aubrey was a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Austin Wallace leads the firm’s residential real estate practice. Austin represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as landlords in the drafting of leases and the prosecution of unlawful detainer actions. He also handles foreclosures and other matters related to real estate finance. Further, Austin represents small business owners in business entity choice and formation and closely-held corporate transactions.

Practice focuses on business and commercial law matters, including: civil litigation, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters; commercial real estate, secured lending, bankruptcy and estate litigation. Relevant experience Represents corporations and business clients in prosecuting and defending unfair competition, contract and business tort litigation. Advises businesses with respect to a variety of corporate matters including entity formation, corporate authority issues, director and officer liability and private placement securities offerings. Admitted in all state courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Steve Bryant is a member of the firm’s litigation section. Steve defends clients charged with serious traffic offenses including DUIs; he was recently ranked #1 among DUI attorneys in Richmond by Thumbtack.com. His practice also includes business and real-estate related matters. Steve is BV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and is a member of the John Marshall American Inn of Court. For almost 40 years, Steve has been assisting people and businesses with the challenges of everyday life. He is a Richmond native and was educated in the Henrico County school system. Steve is active in civic affairs, sporting events and professional organizations.

Mr. Reid joined Parker, Pollard & Brown as an associate after receiving his law degree from the University of Richmond in 2008. His practice is concentrated primarily on commercial and residential real estate, civil litigation, and business law.
