Questions & Answers

How did you build a successful practice?

I started practicing 35+ years ago and most of referrals were by word of mouth. With hard work and consistency I have proven to my clients that I know the law and can get things done. How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases? Local knowledge is important. I have been practicing in Riverside County since 1980 and have 30 years experience in the local family law court rooms. Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference. Most recently, I had a family law case that went on for several days. There was quite a bit of money at stake and I was awarded everything that the client was asking for including the large sum.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for a lawyer who is honest, accesible, determined, and reliable.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I have a lot of community involvement and I am a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California. I have over 35 years experience and have worked with thousands of clients over the years.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Resolving family issues favorably to what the clients have asked of me.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

I love working out and coaching. I work out six days a week and coach a basketball and football team.

Are you involved in your community?

I am involved in the community. I coach at the local YMCA and outside of the court room and office I try to pay back and help.
