About Rita
RITA M. GRIBKO is a Graduate of Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, and is an Associate with the firm of Miller and Gaudio, P.C. Ms. Gribko’s practice for the past several years has been devoted to various areas of Civil Litigation including Personal Injury, Child Sexual Abuse, Medical Malpractice, Contract Litigation and Family Law.
After graduating from Rutgers University School of Law, Ms. Gribko served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Charles J. Harrington, Jr., J.S.C., in the Family Division and the Honorable Frances L. Antonin, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division in Hudson County. Thereafter, while serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, she gained extensive experience in Criminal Litigation, including representing the State on behalf of domestic violence victims whose restraining orders were violated. Her background also includes extensive work in the area of Municipal Law wherein she served as Legal Advisor to public entities, a position which provided the opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of legal matters.
