About Robert
Mr. Boydstun has more than 25 years experience practicing law for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has experience litigating a large variety of cases, many with very significant injuries and damages. He has a proven track record in cases involving exposure to toxic substances, including lead paint, chemicals, asbestos and gasoline. Mr. Boydstun is also well versed in product liability matters and was involved in major litigation over the pregnancy drug DES as well as litigation involving tampon manufacturers. Mr. Boydstun has successfully perfected and argued many appeals.
