Robert Butwinick, Attorney

Robert S. Butwinick is a dedicated, strong, and knowledgeable advocate for those injured in accidents and by dangerous products. He has consistently obtained excellent results for his clients in his 18 years of practice. Bob was educated at the University of Minnesota, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate at Hamline University School of Law, where he was an associate on the Hamline Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court competition team. Bob has pursued continuing education in injury law through numerous local and national seminars. As an injury attorney, Bob has been recognized at a Rising Star and later as a Super Lawyer in Law & Politics magazine. For several years Bob has served as an appointed Arbitrator, hearing and deciding No Fault automobile insurance disputes through the American Arbitration Association. Bob was recognized by Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. for providing free, quality legal representation to eligible victims and families of September 11th.
