About Robert
Robert Capovilla is an Army Officer, veteran, husband, and experienced trial attorney. After law school, Robert commissioned in the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General. In this role, he served as both the Chief of Claims and a military defense attorney where he learned how to fight for those facing complex legal issues with lasting impacts on careers, relationships with family and friends, and reputation. Robert is a dedicated advocate who believes each one of us deserves honest and integrity-driven legal representation.
In 2021, Robert was named to list of the State’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. He was also selected as one of his county’s Top 10 Professionals to Watch Under 40 by the Chamber of Commerce. Robert has served as a guest lecturer at Georgia State Law School and he was asked to speak to the Georgia Bar Association. Robert has also taught classes on the rules of evidence, cross examination, and the importance of a great opening statement.
