Mr. Chadwick co-directs the firm's Labor & Employment and ERISA practice. He practices in the areas of labor and employment, occupational safety and health, employee benefits, and selected contract and tort litigation.

He possesses more than 31 years of experience providing counsel for employment decisions and policies, drafting policies and agreements, representing clients in contract and settlement negotiations, and representing clients in proceedings before arbitrators, administrative agencies, federal and state trial courts and federal and state appellate courts.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Chadwick practiced with the firms of Campbell & Chadwick, P.C.; Chadwick, Taylor & Eisenbraun in Addison, Texas; Gardere & Wynne (now Gardere, Wynne & Sewell) in Dallas, Texas; and Elarbee, Thompson & Trapnell (now Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson) in Atlanta, Georgia.

He currently serves as a member of the Professional Liability Editorial Board of the Journal of American Law. The Journal is a peer-reviewed journal and the only national law journal in the country. The Journal is published quarterly by the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and distributed to 25,000 subscribers.

He formerly was a Chapter Monitor for the 2010 Cumulative Supplement to Employment Discrimination Law, Fourth Edition, an acclaimed, two-volume treatise authored by the American Bar Association and published by the Bureau of National Affairs.

Mr. Chadwick's writings, quotations and accomplishments have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the National Law Journal, the Insurance Journal, National Underwriter Magazine and the World Intellectual Property Organization's SME Newsletter.

Mr. Chadwick is a Fellow of The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, which is an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars who have been elected by their peers. Membership in The Fellows is limited to less than one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.

He has been recognized five times (2003, 2011-14) as a Texas "Super Lawyer" by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers rating service, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of lawyers in the state. He has attained a peer review rating of 5.0 out of 5.0 (AV Preeminent) the highest rating recognized by Martindale-Hubbell.
