Robert G. Devine, Attorney

Mr. Devine is a partner in the Litigation Department with significant jury trial experience.   He is also Chair of the Catastrophic/Excess Liability Group.  Mr. Devine concentrates his practice in the areas of catastrophic loss matters, construction litigation, employment law, professional liability, products liability, premises liability and transportation law. Mr. Devine's practice involves representation of both insured and self-insured entities, as well as serving as regional and local counsel for manufacturers, trucking companies, general contractors, retail convenience food markets and other commercial enterprises. He has been rated AV by the Martindale-Hubbell rating system and is a member of the Philadelphia, PA and Camden County, NJ Bar Associations, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel as well as the American Bar Association.

Mr. Devine is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Devine received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rider College in 1983. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law in 1986 where he was an associate editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.
