About Robert
Mr. Schein chairs the firm's Construction Law Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in construction law, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Schein has been involved in a wide range of representation of owners and contractors in construction projects, including complex litigation matters, acceleration and delay claims, mechanic's lien cases and public project claim cases. Mr. Schein counsels contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in matters and issues relating to construction projects, with particular emphasis in contract dispute resolution and litigation matters. He also assists clients in drafting and negotiating construction and commercial contracts involving public and private projects. Mr. Schein has further represented creditors and investors in creditor/debtor litigation, foreclosure matters and in bankruptcy cases throughout the
