About Robert

Bob Wenner attended St. John's University, graduating in May 1969 with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Government.  After a two-year stint as an officer in the U.S. Army, Bob enrolled at Mankato State University and received a M.A. degree in Economics in August 2002.  He then attended William Mitchell College of Law where he graduated with honors in January 1976.  While attending William Mitchell at night, he was employed as a paralegal on a full-time basis at Doherty, Rumble & Butler in St. Paul, where he primarily worked in areas of commercial litigation and antitrust law.

 

            Bob was hired as an attorney at Doherty, Rumble & Butler in 1976.  He became a partner at Doherty, Rumble & Butler in 1981 and continued working there until he came to his senses, moved to St. Cloud and joined Reichert, Wenner, Koch & Provinzino in April 1984.  While at Doherty, Rumble & Butler, Bob practiced primarily in the areas of commercial and product liability litigation and antitrust law.

 

            Since joining Reichert, Wenner, Koch & Provinzino, Bob has continued to concentrate on civil litigation, encompassing numerous areas of the law including personal injury, commercial litigation, employment law, family law, real estate and construction litigation and landlord/tenant law.  Bob also has extensive appellate experience, is a member of the No Fault and Commercial Panels of the American Arbitration Association, and is a qualified neutral (mediator/arbitrator) under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice.

 

            Bob is admitted to practice before the Minnesota state and federal courts.  He is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Stearns/Benton Bar Association.
