About Robin
Robin Gorenberg, Esq. has been of counsel at GRAHAM & HARSIP, P.C. since 1992. She concentrates in estate planning, probate matters, and estate tax preparation.
Robin has over 20 years experience in estate planning, probate and estate tax preparation. She handles all types of estate planning, from basic to complex, including strategies to minimize estate taxes and avoid probate, and walks clients through the entire process, including the necessary follow-up work after signing documents. Typical documents would be Wills, Revocable ("Living") Trusts, Irrevocable Insurance Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies/Living Wills, as well as real estate documents (such as deeds, Trustee Certificates) for clients who ultimately re-title real estate into Trust.
Robin works with a variety of clients, ranging from the young parents who need simple wills and related documents, to wealthy clients who need estate tax planning. Her philosophy is to explain things to clients so that they can understand what they are doing and why, making them comfortable with the process and the ultimate documents.
Robin Gorenberg is a graduate of Brandeis University and Boston College Law School, and has also completed selected courses in Boston University School of Law's Graduate Tax Program. She has been practicing estate planning law since 1988 and is a current member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association (Probate and Tax Sections).
