Mr. Lipshutz is responsible for managing the firm’s personal injury and catastrophic injury practice. He has been enormously successful in representing victims of car accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse and defective products, having recovered millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlements for the firm’s clients. He also handles a select number of business litigation and employment matters. Upon entering private practice in 1994, Mr. Lipshutz worked as an attorney for a law firm handling insurance defense matters giving him unique insight and experience into the handling of personal injury matters from both the defendant’s and plaintiff’s perspectives. Lonnie Greenblatt has represented thousands of clients for over 38 years in personal injury cases due to the negligence of others. Based on his experience, he formed the partnership with Elnur Veliev to create Greenblatt & Veliev, LLC, in order to expand his help and service to more people in the Metro area. His own work has been recognized in the Super Lawyers list for Maryland for three years in a row from 2020 – 2022 as one of no more than the top 5% of all attorneys in Maryland over 70 practice areas. William A. Simmons received his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 1982 and received his undergraduate education at Randolph-Macon College, graduating with a B.A. in History in 1977.
