ROGER L. MYERS concentrates his practice in real estate and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis in zoning, land use, and construction litigation.

Mr. Myers received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1992, where he was the recipient of the 1992 Frank S. Sengstock Law Review Award and the 1992 Corporate and Environmental Law Chmielnicki Scholarship. While in law school, Mr. Myers was a member of the National Trial Team and the National Environmental Team. He was a Case and Comment Editor for the University of Detroit Law Review (1991-1992), From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Myers served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert P. Griffin of the Michigan Supreme Court.

Admitted to practice in Michigan and California, Mr. Myers is a member of both the State Bar of California and State Bar of Michigan (and its Sections on Real Property Law, Business Law and Appellate Practice). He is also a member of the Livingston County Bar Associations.

In 2007 and 2008, Mr. Myers was selected for inclusion in Michigan SuperLawyers by Law & Politics Magazine.
