About Rolando
Mr. Gutierrez handles matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, employment litigation, wage & hour individual and class action claims including unpaid overtime, consumer class action litigation, and business litigation. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the United States Central District Court of California.
Mr. Gutierrez received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School located in Los Angeles, California. During his tenure at Southwestern, Mr. Gutierrez served as an executive board member for the Latino Law Student Association, and both founded and participated in the Southwestern Latino Law Student Association Moot Court program, which annually competes against reputable and nationally recognized law schools across the United States. Mr. Gutierrez was also the honorary recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future Award,” which is awarded to the student who receives the highest grade in any given law school course. Mr. Gutierrez received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, with a minor in Political Science.
After law school, Mr. Gutierrez joined a prominent complex litigation firm in Los Angeles where he successfully litigated numerous wage and hour and consumer class action cases, as well as numerous personal injury matters ranging from auto collisions to matters involving catastrophic injuries.
