Born in Palo Alto in 1952 and attended University of California at Berkeley for undergraduate (degree 1974) education and Hastings College of the Law (degree 1978) for legal education. Passed the California Bar in 1978. Practiced for an excellent San Francisco financial district law firm from 1978 through 1988. Started own law firm in 1988 and have practiced in San Mateo and San Jose, California through present date. Engages in estate planning, probate and conservatorships for business and personal clients. Considerable practice in forming, merging and acquiring commercial entities, including Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships and Trusts. Has performed regulatory, contract preparation, cargo loss and damage, safety representation, litigation (both civil and criminal) for numerous entities in the transportation sector. Admitted to all courts in the state of California. Lives with wife and children in Los Altos, California.
