Considerable practice in forming, merging and acquiring commercial entities, including Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships and Trusts. Has performed regulatory, contract preparation, cargo loss and damage, safety representation, litigation (both civil and criminal) for numerous entities in the transportation sector. Admitted to all courts in the state of California. Lives with wife and children in Los Altos, California.
