Diana has been a mediator for twelve years, since 2012. She has helped hundreds of couples resolve their divorce and custody conflicts through mediation, without the extra cost, delay, and emotional trauma of litigation. Diana is also an attorney and has represented people in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and paternity matters, for 30 years. She is intimately familiar with the law, courtroom procedure, judges and litigation. Diana is also skilled at diplomatic negotiation, and has resolved countless cases over the past 30 years as an attorney, through mediation. She was a founding partner of "Huntsman, Lofgran, Walton, PLLC, where she has led her firm in practicing law since 2005. She is presently of counsel with HLW, having retired from litigation in March, 2024. Prior to becoming a family law attorney, Attorney James H. Woodall earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering and worked for several years in the offshore oil industry. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1988 and clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has practiced law in Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming. Mr. Woodall limits his practice to family law, from uncontested divorces to highly complicated matters involving issues such as child custody, alimony, and child support. Mr. Woodall’s over 30 years of experience make him a formidable attorney in the courtroom and a knowledgeable advocate. He has substantial experience in complex divorce matters including high-asset and high-income cases. His attention to detail is paralleled by few. Mr. Woodall enjoys working – he works holidays and weekends. On Fridays, he is known to quip, “just two more workdays until Monday.” Mr. Woodall retired from the Utah National Guard at the rank of Colonel after 22 years of service. He is intimately familiar with issues unique to military divorces and military retirement. Mr. Woodall continues to serve military service members.

Attorney Brad Carr graduated from Baylor Law School on a full-tuition academic scholarship. Baylor is consistently ranked by US News as one of the top three schools in the nation for trial advocacy. During his time there, he participated in Baylor’s nationally recognized practice court program and received several awards for trial advocacy. Mr. Carr’s practice focuses on family law and landlord representation. He has handled dozens of bench trials, jury trials, hundreds of hearings, and filed thousands of motions. Taylor Percival James is an associate attorney at Weber Law Group, PLLC. Her practice is focused on civil and business litigation. She also works on other business and transactional matters, including entity formation and commercial agreements. Ms. James has been licensed to practice law in Utah since 2025. Prior to joining Weber Law Group, she worked as a law clerk at a Utah law firm and at the Utah Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel. During law school she worked as a judicial extern for Justice Diana Hagen on the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Brent Bartholomew on the Utah Fourth District Juvenile Court. Ms. James also volunteered at the BYU Community Legal Clinic, was an Executive Editor of the BYU Law Review, and participated as a member of Moot Court Team. Ms. James grew up in Fort Worth, Texas but has called Utah home for many years. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and her dog, read, and watch football.

Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

Addison provides services in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Law. Because of his business background, Addison acts as Mountain View Law Group's Managing Attorney. Addison D. Larreau, originally from Seattle, Washington, grew up working with and operating businesses with his family. Addison attended Eastern Oregon University, where he was awarded Eastern’s highest honor, President’s Scholar. After graduating from Eastern with High Honors, Addison attended University of Utah College of Law, earning a a Juris Doctorate and completing the Business Planning Capstone.

Damon is licensed in Nevada and Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. Damon provides services in Divorce, Family Law, Probate and Trust Litigation . Damon E. Morris spent his youth in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Provo, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. After serving an LDS mission to Argentina, Damon earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Damon then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Following graduation, Damon practiced law in Las Vegas where he ran his own law practice.

Mr. Warner is a lifelong resident of Weber County, Utah. He graduated near the top of his class from the University of Utah Law School. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and the Weber County Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Elder Counsel, organizations devoted to the legal needs of senior citizens, including long term care, medicaid asset protection, estate planning and estate administration. He is a member of the Elder Law and Estate Planning sections of the Utah Bar Association and serves on their Legislative Committee, participating in the oversight of proposed legislation in Utah dealing with estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianships, and related matters. Mr. Warner is admitted to practice law before all Utah state trial and appellate courts, the Federal District Court for the State of Utah, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Warner has had an active litigation practice appearing in most of the trial courts of Northern Utah, the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, the Federal District Court and the Federal Court of Appeals. He began his career as an associate with the firm of Young, Thatcher, & Glasmann and later became a partner of Young, Thatcher, Glasmann and Warner where he practiced for several years. Mr. Warner was appointed by Governor Rampton as Chairman of the Utah Public Service Commission where he oversaw the regulation of all utility and transportation companies in the State of Utah. He returned to the private practice of law and ultimately founded the Warner Law Firm in 1996. Mr. Warner was one of the founders of the Weber County Sheltered Workshop (now Enable Utah). He has served as a member of the Utah Gov.'s Committee on Executive Reorganization, a member of the Utah Bar Association Ethics and Discipline committee, a member of the American Inns of Court, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and past president and life time member of the Ogden Gun Club. Mr. Warner is a member of the National Trial Lawyers and has been certified as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in the State of Utah. In 2014, Mr. Warner was selected for membership as one of the 100 best attorneys in the State of Utah by Rue Ratings Best Attorneys of America.
