Diana has been a mediator for twelve years, since 2012. She has helped hundreds of couples resolve their divorce and custody conflicts through mediation, without the extra cost, delay, and emotional trauma of litigation. Diana is also an attorney and has represented people in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and paternity matters, for 30 years. She is intimately familiar with the law, courtroom procedure, judges and litigation. Diana is also skilled at diplomatic negotiation, and has resolved countless cases over the past 30 years as an attorney, through mediation. She was a founding partner of "Huntsman, Lofgran, Walton, PLLC, where she has led her firm in practicing law since 2005. She is presently of counsel with HLW, having retired from litigation in March, 2024. Chris has lived throughout the United States but was raised primarily in Davis County. After graduation from Viewmont High School, Chris enlisted in the United States Army. While stationed with the 25th Infantry Division in Anchorage, Alaska, Chris deployed to multiple locations in the Middle East, most notably Afghanistan. After leaving military service, Chris returned to Utah, where he received his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University, graduating magna cum laude and with departmental honors in Criminal Justice in 2017. He then received his law degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with high honors in 2021. Chris believes that, while often challenging, the legal system can be accessible and manageable for all clients. He strives to ensure each client has a personalized experience to ensure that the stress and uncertainty of the legal process are minimized as much as possible. Whether in court or through collaborative settlement processes, Chris believes that providing clarity and understanding to each client brings a level of relief that aids in the resolution of cases for all clients. When Chris is not assisting clients, he spends as much time as possible with his wife and daughter exploring all that Utah has to offer. Chris and his family enjoy camping, hiking, boating, and exploring throughout the state. They also take every opportunity to sightsee and explore new locations worldwide.

Christopher J. Finley is the Managing Attorney at Finley Law Firm. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust dispute law. Chris is motivated by the proactive nature of estate planning and utilizes strategies to bring peace of mind to his clients and prevent court action. His former practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate law, employment law, contract law, collections, and business organization and administration. He has extensive experience as support for complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including claims in such areas as civil RICO, fraud and fraudulent transfer, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

Mr. Warner is a lifelong resident of Weber County, Utah. He graduated near the top of his class from the University of Utah Law School. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and the Weber County Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Elder Counsel, organizations devoted to the legal needs of senior citizens, including long term care, medicaid asset protection, estate planning and estate administration. He is a member of the Elder Law and Estate Planning sections of the Utah Bar Association and serves on their Legislative Committee, participating in the oversight of proposed legislation in Utah dealing with estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianships, and related matters. Mr. Warner is admitted to practice law before all Utah state trial and appellate courts, the Federal District Court for the State of Utah, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Warner has had an active litigation practice appearing in most of the trial courts of Northern Utah, the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, the Federal District Court and the Federal Court of Appeals. He began his career as an associate with the firm of Young, Thatcher, & Glasmann and later became a partner of Young, Thatcher, Glasmann and Warner where he practiced for several years. Mr. Warner was appointed by Governor Rampton as Chairman of the Utah Public Service Commission where he oversaw the regulation of all utility and transportation companies in the State of Utah. He returned to the private practice of law and ultimately founded the Warner Law Firm in 1996. Mr. Warner was one of the founders of the Weber County Sheltered Workshop (now Enable Utah). He has served as a member of the Utah Gov.'s Committee on Executive Reorganization, a member of the Utah Bar Association Ethics and Discipline committee, a member of the American Inns of Court, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and past president and life time member of the Ogden Gun Club. Mr. Warner is a member of the National Trial Lawyers and has been certified as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in the State of Utah. In 2014, Mr. Warner was selected for membership as one of the 100 best attorneys in the State of Utah by Rue Ratings Best Attorneys of America.

In 1995 Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Following his success at Dixie College Justin went to Southern Utah University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.In 2000 Justin received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
