Attorney Samantha Simmons Fredieu is a partner at HALE BALL MURPHY, PLC. Ms. Fredieu focuses the majority of her practice on fiduciary litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, estate administration, and estate and special needs planning. Ms. Fredieu is also a certified guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults. Ms. Fredieu graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School where she was the symposium editor on the Vermont Law Review, a production editor on the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, and a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. She has clerked for both the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the civil division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office E.D.V.A. in Alexandria. After law school Ms. Fredieu completed a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Dennis J. Smith of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
