His areas of concentration include defense-based litigation, specifically in tort, breach of contract, product liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and defense, environmental & mass tort defense, construction defect, products liability defense, general defense, and complex class actions. He has also engaged as insurance coverage counsel for many major domestic and foreign insurance carriers.

Jeffrey's business and transactional practice includes advising clients on corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, business disputes, and real estate transactions.

Jeffrey has also actively been engaged as a legal author and lecturer and has authored numerous legal publications as well as lectured extensively on a wide range of legal topics of interest to his clientele.
