Scott M. Dimond is an AV-rated lawyer who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including expertise in class action litigation and securities arbitration. He has extensive experience practicing before state and federal trial and appellate courts, federal bankruptcy courts, and NASD, NYSE, FINRA, and AAA arbitration panels. Mr. Dimond currently serves as Chairman of the Florida Bar Rules of Judicial Administration Committee, where he previously has acted as Chairman of the Sealed Docket and Records Subcommittee. He previously served six years on the Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee, where he acted as a Vice-Chairman of the committee and Chairman of the standing Drafting Subcommittee. He also serves on the Ransom Everglades Alumni Board and on the Board of Directors of the non-profit charity Educate Tomorrow. Mr. Dimond repeatedly has been named to Florida Trend's "Legal Elite," has been named a "Top Lawyer" by the South Florida Legal Guide, and has been named a Florida Super Lawyer. Mr. Dimond lives in Coconut Grove with his wife and two children.
