Scott Tittle is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law Bloomington and Vanderbilt University. While in law school, Mr. Tittle served as Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and as a teaching assistant in the International Legal Studies Department. Mr. Tittle concentrates his practice in the areas of Health Care, Government Affairs, and General/Corporate Business matters. Mr. Tittle also counsels clients regarding the Federal Stimulus Package (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009) and represents the Indiana Office of Disaster Recovery and the State of Indiana to assist communities, health care providers, and businesses recover from the wind and flood damage that devastated the state last year.

Before joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Title served for two and a half years as Health Care Policy Director and Special Counsel to Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. In that capacity, he was responsible for executing the Governor's health care initiatives through the Indiana General Assembly as well as the State's health-related agencies, including the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, the Indiana State Department of Health, the Indiana Department of Child Services, and the Indiana Department of Insurance.

Mr. Tittle also previously served as General Counsel and Program Director for a national health care start-up company headquartered in Indianapolis, called My Health Care Manager, LLC. Immediately out of law school, Mr. Tittle served as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Mark Souder (IN) in Washington D.C. Mr. Tittle was also special Assistant to the Platform Committee and advance staff member to Senator Bob Dole at the 1996 Republican National Convention (San Diego).
