I'm Sean Dillenbeck and I'm a bankruptcy, immigration & tax lawyer in North Carolina. I provide representation to both individual and business debtors in Bankruptcy Court. More specifically, I assist debtors seeking relief under Chapter 7, 11, & Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. My immigration practice consists of assisting individuals and small businesses with their temporary (nonimmigrant) and permanent (immigrant) visa needs. My tax practice consists of helping individuals and businesses resolve their outstanding tax debts with the IRS and other taxing authorities.
While many people initially address me as Mr. Dillenbeck, I'm much more comfortable just being called Sean.
