When practicing family law all of your cases make a big difference to someones life.
How did you build a successful practice?
I provide very good legal work using a very rational fee approach, the client receives the guidance expected without the frustration of invoicing and billable hours.

Actual involvement in the case as well as fair pricing that eliminates the incentive to create litigation.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Very, knowledge of the law is obviously essential but also the personalities of the courts and counsel involved.

As much as necessary to understand the case.

Every case is unique so the information necessary will be determined by the facts.

I work on flat fees which is very unusual and I am personally involved in every case I take on.
