Brian Gaddy is a principal attorney with the Gaddy Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He practices law in Texas and New Mexico and represents individuals suffering injuries caused by others. Mr. Gaddy has extensive experience with personal injury litigation. With over 17 years of experience as a Claims Counsel with Professional Claims Managers and a Claims Attorney with the Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool, his focus was litigation and pre-suit claims involving municipal law enforcement and public officials’ liability. Specifically, he dealt routinely with claims and litigation involving 42 U.S.C. Sections 1981, 1983, and 1985, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Texas Whistleblowers Act. Independently, he has consulted on litigation involving professional liability, copyright and trademark infringement, and Section 1983 unreasonable use of force. Prior to Professional Claims Managers, Mr. Gaddy adjusted claims involving claims involving 18-wheelers. These claims ranged from light fender benders to serious wrongful death. Mr. Gaddy’s focus was claims in the continental United States. Mr. Gaddy created and was part of the Rapid Response Team for one major trucking organization requiring he be at the site of a death within 24 hours of the occurrence. Mr. Gaddy has spoken at several conferences on topics involving civil rights, claims adjusting, and litigation management. Mr. Gaddy received his law degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1994. He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and New Mexico and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is also a licensed insurance adjuster.

As a second generation lawyer, Scott Renick believes strongly in protecting the rights of individuals and the right to trial by jury. Before founding the Renick Law Firm, PLLC, Scott served as a Texas prosecutor and worked at successful law firms focused on fighting for injured people in Texas. Scott focuses his practice on personal injury and insurance disputes. Scott handled hundreds of cases for Texas citizens fighting insurance companies to have their homes repaired the right way from damage caused by Hurricanes Rita and Ike. Scott has served as the President of the Board of Directors for The Garth House, which provides free counseling services to children who are victims of abuse. Tim provides comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients facing a wide variety of legal challenges and opportunities. He has handled all types of criminal cases ranging from murder to speeding tickets. He provides legal counsel in all forms of family and domestic issues as well as personal injury and employment law matters. Tim is licensed contractor and represents parties with construction law issues. He represents both builder/contractors and home owners. Tim attended Stark Technical College and received an Associates of Applied Science Degree with high distinction and he later received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Malone College. He then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville where he earned his Juris Doctor. While at Law School, he was elected President of the University of Arkansas Law School Student Bar Association and as student representative to the American Bar Association.After graduating from Law School, Tim took the Arkansas and Texas Bars simultaneously, passing both. He began working as an associate for the Law Firm of Patchen & Mitchan in Houston, Texas. In 2000, he returned to Northwest Arkansas and has been practicing in Fayetteville. Tim is licensed to practice by the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Associate and was elected to the House of Delegates, and is a member of the Washington County Bar Association.

James Bridge serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Firm Managing Attorney at Bailey & Galyen, one of the largest consumer law firms in Texas. A dedicated leader and experienced attorney, James has been instrumental in driving the firm’s success and overseeing its operations. James earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and went on to graduate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1998. During law school, he demonstrated his leadership abilities as the President of the Student Bar Association and as the President of his legal fraternity. With a proven track record in litigation, James is a member of the prestigious Top 100 National Trial Lawyers Association. Partner Casey Goolsby focuses his practice on civil litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, business, consumer, collections and appellate law, and patent litigation. Successful in trial courts and appellate courts throughout Texas, Mr. Goolsby is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and a number of bar associations, including Northeast Texas, Gregg County, Smith County, and Harrison County. Mr. Goolsby is also active in his community, including in the United Way and Junior Achievement, and he serves on the boards of area foundations, schools, and his church. Mr. Goolsby resides in Longview, Texas, with his wife and their two children.

James Stapler has been licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas since 1999. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in Family and Criminal Courts throughout Texas. James is admitted to practice in all State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, including Fort Hood. He has won jury trials in Bell, Coryell & Lampasas Counties. Most of his practice is made up of Family and Criminal Law, including divorce, custody, child support, CPS, as well as all misdemeanors and felonies. James also handles probate, guardianship, and personal injury cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Escover served in the United States Marine Corps for ten years as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician. While fulfilling his military duties, John earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Park University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In December 2000, John graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he was a Law Review Write-On Invitee as well as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. After law school, John began his legal career as a prosecutor in Williamson County’s Attorney’s Office where he was responsible for prosecution of all classes and phases of misdemeanor litigation including jury and bench trials, plea negotiations, probation revocations, and appeals. In 2003, John transitioned to civil litigation becoming an associate at Watson, Rossick PC, a firm specializing in toxic tort and products liability defense. John later served as an enforcement attorney for the Texas Lottery Commission representing the Commission during enforcement hearings at the State Office of Administrative Hearings. He also investigated, prosecuted and negotiated the largest fine at that time ever assessed against a bingo game manufacturer in the State of Texas. In 2006, John honed his trial experience in Austin concentrating his practice in medical malpractice, labor and employment, products liability, and personal injury actions securing millions in settlements and judgments on behalf of his clients. In 2011 the most destructive wildfire in Texas history decimated 1500 homes and business in Bastrop County, Texas. John and Bill Rossick filed suit on behalf of over 60 families and business owners against the electric company servicing Bastrop County and its vegetative management services company for failing to properly maintain its electrical lines that became entangled with tree branches that caused the fire. After over three years of doggedly prosecuting the claims of those home and business owners John and Bill secured a multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of their clients. Although John and Bill have since formed their own law firms, they continue to work together and represent clients in various matters as co-counsel. John is licensed in the United States Supreme Court, State of Texas, the United States District Court Western District of Texas, and is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation which is an organization of attorneys who represent the top 1/3 of 1% of the legal profession. From 2001 until 2010, John was also a professor of Criminal Justice for the University of Phoenix. John lives in Leander with his wife Donna and they have four children Bailey, Nolan, Keeli, and Wesley, two dogs, a turtle, and a hedgehog. Their lives are filled with sports, sports, and more sports from baseball, volleyball, football, basketball, and track.

Shane M. Boasberg was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and moved to the Lone Star State to attend The University of Texas in Austin, TX. After receiving undergraduate degrees in Government and Business from the University of Texas in Austin, TX; Mr. Boasberg attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX. While attending law school, Shane worked as a law clerk for the prestigious law firm of Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. During this time, he gained experience in legal and appellate research and writing and trial preparation working on the largest commercial litigation civil settlements recorded in United States jurisprudence history. Shane graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and immediately made an impact in the legal field. He began his career at Heard, Robins, Cloud, Lubel, and Greenwood LLP in Houston, and in 2003, he returned to Austin, TX, to serve as General Counsel to the Honorable Senator Mario Gallegos at the Texas Senate. In this role, Shane’s legal acumen and drafting skills were put to the test as he provided legal advice, prepared opinions, bill analyses, briefs, and drafted bills and amendments for legislative consideration, serving the citizens of Texas with distinction. Following his tenure with Senator Gallegos, Shane worked for the Texas Office of the Attorney General-Greg Abbott where he worked on a variety of legal and political issues. Shane represented TxDOT in litigating and resolving contractual, construction, licensing, and engineering disputes in the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH). Shane gained valuable experience at the TX-OAG where he was able to learn and work on various legal and political issues, including but not limited to, transportation law, employment law, environmental law, and eminent domain law. While working for the Texas Attorney General, Shane also served as the Legislative Liaison between the Texas Attorney General – Transportation Division and the Texas Legislature. After working with the Texas Legislature and for the OAG-Texas, Shane re-entered private practice in 2010 and opened his law firm in Austin, TX with a satellite office in Georgetown, TX.
