Mr. Levy has been practicing law for more than thirty years. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. Catherine grew up in Flowery Branch, Georgia, graduating from West Hall High School. She attended the University of Georgia, and graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Business Management and a minor in Spanish. Catherine attended law school at Mercer University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, at the top of her class. She was a student editor for both the Mercer Law Review and the Journal of Southern Legal History, and clerked for various judges both in and after law school. She subsequently spent nearly a decade working for one of the nation's largest law firms before co-founding Payne & du Toit. She is licensed in both Georgia and Florida, and has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star.
