Born and educated in Austin, Texas. Graduated from University of Texas undergraduate school in 1979 and from its law school in 1982. Licensed by the Texas Bar in 1983. I practiced with my father Bob Gibbins' law firm Gibbins, Winckler & Harvey from 1989 until the law firm ended in 2001. I resumed private practice as Law Office of Steve Gibbins focusing on personal injury and criminal law to the present. I am licensed to practice in every state and federal court in Texas and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Admitted to the practice of Law in the state of Florida and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida, Trescot Gear is an aggressive litigator as well as an able legal counselor. Mr. Gear enjoys helping his clients find both legal and practical solutions for their short and long-term needs. Trescot Gear is a member of The Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, and the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division. He is a current member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association Ethics and Professionalism Committee. Mr. Gear was recently granted admission as a Florida Supreme Court-certified Arbitrator. Trescot Gear is also Of Counsel at Ayo & Iken, a highly respected Tampa/St. Petersburg area civil litigation firm. Mr. Gear holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, FL and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society.

Daniel was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas, and he holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business, from the University of Texas at El Paso. Daniel holds a double certification in Healthcare Compliance and as a Compliance and Ethics Professional. Daniel manages the Law Office of Daniel R. Crumby, LLC, where he focuses on complex litigation and business law including white-collar defense; defense of corporate, and individual clients in state and federal courts around the country; medical malpractice; nursing home and elder abuse; healthcare compliance and investigations; personal injury, and criminal law. Prior to starting his practice, Daniel worked at a mid-sized law firm in Atlanta, and he specialized in criminal and civil healthcare-related white-collar cases, medical malpractice, healthcare compliance, internal investigations, and defending insurance companies and their insurers in complex cases, including lawsuits filed against skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. Immediately prior to working at a civil defense firm, Daniel defended the United States and its agencies in federal and state courts, and he served as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Georgia and the Western District of Texas. As a federal prosecutor, Daniel directed and prosecuted numerous cases including healthcare fraud, bank fraud, procurement fraud, mortgage fraud, wire fraud, theft of government funds, drugs and alien smuggling, child exploitation, human and sex trafficking, and other criminal violations. In 2014, Daniel received a Commendation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Director, James B. Comey. Daniel previously served in the United States Army as military police and as a Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) officer in a variety of assignments before resigning his commission as a Captain. The Army twice awarded Daniel the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medals, and the Fort Bliss Ambassador Award, among others, for his military service. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Western District of Texas.

Christopher Robles has been practicing law since 2015. Chris works in every aspect of residential and commercial real estate from examining title and handling title curative problems to preparing and issuing title policies and coordinating closings. Chris has also had the opportunity to gain experience in a diverse array of practice areas including real estate, consumer finance, wills and estates, contracts, personal injury, and other various civil matters. When it comes to real estate, Chris has seen first-hand the myriad of issues that can affect title to property and has been a part of the solution to those problems. He has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions including sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, construction loans, investment properties, donations, quitclaims, etc. Chris attended Louisiana State University, the University of New Orleans, and Southern University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.). He is also a licensed Louisiana Title Insurance Producer. Outside of the office, Chris is using his artistic abilities in photography and film to create art. He is also a die-hard Saints fan and lives in Metairie, Louisiana with his wife, Melissa, and his two sons, Nolan and Grayson.

Harrece Gassery is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana. His interests include Criminal Defense, Criminal Appeals, Civil Rights Violations, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and Veterans Benefits Claims. As a law student he completed externships at the Innocence Project and East Baton Rouge Public Defender’s office. He was also a member of the Public Interest Law Society, Black Law Student Association, and Christian Legal Society. He is a man of faith, and it is this faith that drives his want to help those in need and work zealously on their behalf.

Joseph C. Miller is a lawyer, but is a husband and father first. Joe is married to the most wonderful woman in the world. In fact, his wife, Shelly, works with him as the office receptionist and legal assistant. They have five beautiful and intelligent daughters, ages 21 to 15. They love to do things as a family, especially hiking, rollerblading, camping, and boating. His hobbies include reading, working around the house, snowboarding, waterskiing, and spending time with his wife and kids. They love movies and music and all things creative and artistic. Joe is an Idaho native, born in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and raised in Boise. He attended Boise State University where he and Shelly met. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Boise State and was inducted into the Golden Key International Honor Society. In 2003, he enrolled at the University of Idaho College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2006. In law school, he was on the Mock Trial Team for two years and was awarded the title of Best Advocate in spring, 2006. He was elected President of Board of Student Advocates and the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity in the spring of 2005. Joe has over eighteen years of experience in the legal field. Having spent the majority of his life in Boise, he is dedicated to helping the Boise community. He is also fluent in Spanish and has helped dozens of Latino clients with a variety of legal issues and is committed to helping the local Hispanic community. Joe is an experienced litigation attorney in the fields of criminal defense and personal injury. He has extensive courtroom and trial experience and has won several victories for his clients. He is licensed in both the Idaho State and Federal District courts and has represented clients in nearly all of the counties in southwest Idaho, as well as in Bannock and Caribou Counties in southeast Idaho. Joe has been an active member of both the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (IdACDL) since opening his practice in 2006. In the fall of 2008, he accepted an invitation to serve as a member of the Publications Committee of ITLA, and published case law summaries in numerous editions of the ITLA Journal. In the fall of 2009, he accepted an invitation to serve on the ITLA Board of Directors as co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Section. In early 2010, Joe was selected to join a Rotary International Group Study Exchange Team from Idaho District 5400. He participated in a 30-day cultural and peace exchange to southern Brazil where he toured several local Rotary service projects, made presentations on Idaho Rotary service projects, and became conversational in Portuguese. Joe has twice been invited to present a criminal case update at the annual Fourth District Bar Association Spring Case Review. Joe is an Eagle Scout and an active member of his LDS ward.

Bob was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1981. He has represented only individuals and small businesses his entire career. Bob has tried more than seventy jury trials and dozens of bench trials. As a result of his experience and results in jury trials, Bob was invited to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates in which he holds the rank of Advocate. He has also been named a Top 100 Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers and a Top 25 Mass Tort lawyer by the same organization. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 High Stakes Litigators in the country and has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer each year since 2011. Bob was appointed by the Court to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re Aredia and Zometa Products Liability Litigation (MDL-1760) and In re Fosamax Products Liability Litigation (MDL-1789). He tried four bellwether cases in MDL-1760, including the first three, one of which was named a Top Ten National Jury Verdict by Law360 (2009). These were the first bisphosphonate cases tried in the United States. Bob is admitted to all courts in Mississippi. In addition, he is admitted to numerous federal courts around the country and has been admitted pro hac vice in dozens of others. In addition to Mississippi, Bob has tried jury cases in California, Montana, New Jersey, and North Carolina.

Jason Cox is an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department, concentrating his practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability. Mr. Cox also practices employment law, primarily focusing on Wage and Hour/Overtime violations under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable Ohio laws. Mr. Cox is an Ohio native and attended law school in Columbus, Ohio. While in law school, Mr. Cox worked full time as a law clerk for Barkan Meizlish in their Litigation Department, as well as the Social Security and Workers’ Compensation departments. Mr. Cox graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, specializing in Security & Intelligence. Mr. Cox received his law degree from Capital University Law School, graduating Cum Laude, with a concentration in dispute resolution. Mr. Cox is an avid sports fan, remaining active by playing golf and ice hockey. He also enjoys cheering on the Buckeyes. Mr. Cox lives in Lewis Center with his wife, Julie, and his two daughters, Mackenzie and Charlotte.

Attorney Omar F. Khan received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University – Moritz College of Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois and in front of the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Mr. Khan's practice of law is focused on immigration law and criminal matters which create immigration issues. Before founding Khan Nayyar & Associates, Mr. Khan was an Assistant State's Attorney working for the Winnebago County State's Attorney Office. Prior to that, Mr. Khan was a law clerk for Judge J. Edward Prochaska in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. With experience in both criminal and civil litigation, Mr. Khan has handled intricate and delicate matters. As a law clerk, Mr. Khan drafted numerous published opinions. He has the ability to speak the language of the judiciary, understanding the legal process from start to end. As a prosecutor, he represented the People of the State of Illinois in numerous hearings and trials. Mr. Khan's experience as a litigator uniquely qualifies him to anticipate potentially troublesome situations that can arise in immigration and criminal proceedings. He is dedicated, motivated, and experienced to handle the case properly. Mr. Khan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton, with a Bachelors in Economics, while working two jobs to pay his way through college. The foundation of his determination stems from his parents, both immigrants, who worked tirelessly to support him and his two sisters. Mr. Khan, as an immigrant himself, can empathize with the struggle, confusion, heartache, and time associated with the immigration process. In his spare time, Mr. Khan enjoys "low and slow" charcoal grilling, spending time with his family and friends, and playing with his dog, Lulu.
