Daniel L. Crandall is the founding partner of The Law Offices of Daniel L. Crandall & Associates. He has been engaged in the practice of law for over forty years. The focus of his practice is exclusively personal injury and disability law. He has become known in Southwest Virginia as the caring personal injury professional. He was privileged to be named twice as the Best Local Lawyer by the readers of The Roanoker Magazine. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1973 and from the George Mason University School of Law in 1977. While attending law school, he was employed by the Superior Court in Washington, DC as a Court Bailiff. During his time with the courts he witnessed the famed Hannaffi Trials. His picture appeared on the front of the Washington Post receiving the verdict from the foreperson of the jury. He served as Law Clerk to the federally appointed Judge Joseph M. F. Ryan, Jr. for two years. In 1978 he was admitted to the Washington, DC Bar and subsequently in 1979 admitted to the Virginia State Bar. He served as the Past President of the Personal Injury Lawyers Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Mass Torts Trial Lawyers Association. He serves on the Board of Governors for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association as a district Governor and served as Chair of the Federal Liaison Sub-Legislative Committee. A hallmark of his personal injury specialty area of law is to practice compassionate law, while providing excellent representation recognizing the client’s need for personal attention and many times affirmation for them as individuals. Chris is a Utah-licensed attorney who works exclusively in personal injury, auto accident, and general negligence matters. Chris is a combat veteran (he served in Iraq for twelve months), husband, and proud father of two energetic children. After graduating from the University of Utah law school in 2008, he worked as an associate for a large Northern California law firm, where he litigated civil and domestic cases, including high-profile wrongful death matters. After returning home to Utah, Chris worked with a small local firm, where he honed his skills in personal injury and auto-accident matters. Now, he practices exclusively in dog-bite and auto-accident cases.

James E. Morris is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo, Cum Laude, and the University at Buffalo Law School. Mr. Morris has been successfully practicing law in Western New York for more than 25 years. He has achieved the highest rating of “10.0 Superb” by national independent rating service Avvo and “AV Preeminent®” by Martindale-Hubbell. Tyler carries the tradition of law in the Young family into the next generation – and very successfully. After finishing his baseball career at Utah Valley State College (now U.V.U.) in 2000, graduating from University of Utah in 2002, Tyler moved on to study law at Oklahoma City University. In 2006, he received his J.D. and brought back his experience to Utah where he has since helped hundreds of personal injury clients receive the settlements they deserve. Tyler was selected as one of Utah’s top 40 trial lawyers under 40, which evidences his drive and dedication to serve his clients to every extent of the law. He has also been a major contributor to charitable and legal organizations. He currently serves on the Board of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly known as the Utah Trial Lawyers Association), where he serves on the amicus committee and membership committee. He is also a Commissioner Elect on the Utah State Bar Commission (which manages the affairs of the Utah Bar Association). He continues to give back to the community through his involvement in the Springville Rotary Club where he was President from 2011 to 2012, and occasionally, as time allows, coaching high school baseball.

Michael R. Shaffer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 from Michigan State University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from Wayne State University Law School.
