Hello. My name is Shannon Altamura, and I am an injury lawyer located in Asheboro, North Carolina. I have practiced almost exclusively in the area of injury law for nearly 13 years and have gained extensive experience helping injured clients throughout North Carolina. I have amassed a very strong record of success for my results, many of which have been published in NC Lawyer’s Weekly, but I pride myself in also treating each and every client with authentic care and compassion. Tyler Baker graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2019, where here earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and speech communication with an emphasis in pre-law. While in college, Tyler worked for the United States Congress, was elected Student Body President, and served as a University Ambassador. He then attended Regent University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Tyler was appointed as a representative to the Council of Graduate Students and was an active member on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, where he honed his skills as a negotiator. Tyler also had the opportunity to work for the prestigious law firm of McIntyre, Stein, and Ashby in Norfolk, Virginia, where he focused on business and tort litigation before moving back to Texas. Upon his return, Tyler focused his practice on personal injury and insurance litigation before joining Bailey and Galyen, where he now handles complex personal injury cases. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking his dog, Timber, and reading.

For nearly 35 years, Dean Burnetti dedicated his career to helping people who were injured by someone else's negligence. But before he could step up to the lectern, God called on him to move in a different direction.After earnest prayer, Dean realized that God was directing him to assist wrongful injury victims. Dean vividly recalled a time in his youth when his own father was injured in a construction site accident; an injury that impacted his entire family. So, Dean registered at Warner University in Lake Wales and earned his Bachelor’s Degree. Then, he returned to Oklahoma and attended Oral Roberts University where he earned his law degree. Afterward, he came back to Florida and took the Florida Bar examination to become a licensed attorney. In his early years as a lawyer, Dean centered his practice on clients with workplace injuries. He became so intrigued with Florida’s Workers’ Compensation laws, that he decided to become Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation Law. He then took The Florida Bar’s challenging examination and passed the test on his first attempt. After the new millennium, God called upon Dean to expand his practice. Consequently, Dean opened his doors to victims of all types of accidents. Since Florida's Civil Injury Laws piqued his interest, Dean aspired to become Board Certified again. So, he took and passed The Florida Bar’s difficult test which Board Certified him in Civil Trial Law. Because Dean Burnetti is Florida Bar Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Workers’ Compensation Law, the Florida Bar recognizes him as an expert attorney in these areas. Florida’s Board-Certified attorneys are the only lawyers allowed to call themselves “specialists” or “experts” in their field of certification. Additionally, Board Certified attorneys must participate in hours of continuing legal education each year and be re-examined every five years to maintain their Board-Certified status. Dondi R. Vesprini earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1996 from Oakland University with a minor in Sociology. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the University of Detroit – Mercy School of Law where he was on the Moot Court Board of Directors, represented the law school in national moot court competition, and was a member of the St. Thomas More Society. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to joining Buckfire & Buckfire, Dondi worked for 11 years as a trial attorney for the Law Offices of Lawrence S. Katkowsky, P.C., which specialized in motorcycle accidents. Previously, Dondi worked for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office for two years where he tried felony drug cases and also worked on criminal appeals. Dondi has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his injured clients and specializes in issues affecting motorcyclists such as motorcycle accidents, roadway defect accidents, and Michigan No Fault claims. He also litigates wrongful death, automobile negligence, slip and fall, dog bite attacks, and other personal injury matters. In addition to trial work, he has also argued cases in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dondi’s advocacy extends beyond the courtroom as he proposes legislation and meets with the Governor’s office, legislators and lobbyists regarding legislation affecting injured motorcyclists and non-motorcyclists alike, including but not limited to the Michigan motorcycle helmet law and fighting to preserve Michigan’s No Fault system and the benefits it provides to injured people. He recently drafted an amendment to MCL 500.3114, which was formally introduced as House Bill 4809 on May 6, 2021.

Randall M. Blau earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College in 1993 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts throughout Michigan and has handled cases in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Minnesota and Florida. He has obtained numerous settlements that have been listed in the Top Ten Settlements of the Year for the State of Michigan multiple times during the last decade. Randy has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his injured clients. He specializes in medical malpractice, birth injuries, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and automobile negligence cases. He is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, the Oakland County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. Randy has been an invited speaker at a variety of legal seminars, an invited member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been consistently listed in Who’s Who in Law throughout his career.

Lonnie Greenblatt has represented thousands of clients for over 38 years in personal injury cases due to the negligence of others. Based on his experience, he formed the partnership with Elnur Veliev to create Greenblatt & Veliev, LLC, in order to expand his help and service to more people in the Metro area. His own work has been recognized in the Super Lawyers list for Maryland for three years in a row from 2020 – 2022 as one of no more than the top 5% of all attorneys in Maryland over 70 practice areas. He was chosen for the area of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, which continues to confirm his pursuit and passion for his personal injury clients. Lonnie is a member of the Maryland, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia bars. Presently, he serves as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Maryland, University College, where he has taught for approximately 25 years. He has also taught at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1979 and graduated from the Delaware Law School in 1982. In 1988, Lonnie received a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the George Washington University Law School.
