Frederick C. Thomas (“Fred”) has lived in Arizona for nearly thirty consecutive years, except for six years living in California. Fred went to Deer Valley High School in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University where he obtained a degree in political science. During college, Fred interned with former US Senator Jon Kyl. After graduating college, he worked for American Family Insurance for three years. Realizing that life as an insurance adjuster was not for him, Fred attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Fred is licensed in Arizona, California, and Colorado. Fred is also licensed in each California Federal District Court, the Arizona Federal District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Fred has been practicing law since December 2003. Fred has practiced personal injury law since first becoming a lawyer. He has also represented individuals in habeas corpus matters ensuring that every individual received the Constitutional protections we all deserve. Fred’s knowledge and experience as a former insurance adjuster gives him an invaluable asset to his injury clients, he knows how the adjuster thinks, so he can be one step ahead of them. Fred also represents licensed contractors in various scenarios, whether defending their rights before the Registrar of Contractors or enforcing a mechanic’s lien and assisting in collecting unpaid contracts. Currently, Fred is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, a former President of the North Phoenix Bar Association, and a member of BNI Arizona, and was on the State Bar of Arizona’s Ethics Committee. Additionally, Fred was an adjunct professor, he taught Insurance Law, Remedies and Commercial Law. Fred spends his downtime mountain biking, playing golf, snowboarding, and hockey, and is a Sun Devil football season ticket holder, baseball, basketball, and hockey.

Peter J. Pietrandrea obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Allegheny College in 1980 and a Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University in 1984. Since 1984, his practice has concentrated in personal injury and wrongful death. Since 1989, his practice has been located in Cranberry Township where is has successfully represented thousands of clients. He has served on a number of charitable and civic boards and has remained an active member of the community.

Jeffrey L. Jacobs has practiced law for over 30 years and has the savvy and advocacy skills found only in attorneys of the highest caliber. While he successfully serves represents clients in personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and sexual harassment cases, much of his caseload involves products liability. A hard-working and confident attorney, Mr. Jacobs is not afraid to take on any adversary. He also has the experience of working as an Associate in a large Kansas City law firm, where he was involved in matters such as litigation, securities, business transactions and environmental work. Mr. Jacobs' environmental work gave him the understanding of government agencies and he still maintains a list of many friends and colleagues in the administrative field. Mr. Jacobs came to California in 1988 to work in the aeronautical industry. In order to work for plaintiffs who need skilled and dynamic attorneys, Mr. Jacobs opened what has now become Jacobs Law Group in 1991. Since then, he has developed a fondness for the Sacramento community and its people. Kelly Burnside is the founding owner of Burnside Law Firm, LLC. Kelly focuses on personal injury, workers compensation and social security disablity. She was a founding partner at Oswald & Burnside, LLC in West Columbia and also a partner at the Law Offices of Robert Dodson, PA. before opening her own firm, Burnside Law Firm, LLC in West Columbia, South Carolina. Ms. Burnside received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina in 2006 and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2013. Prior to opening Burnside Law Firm, Ms. Burnside was a partner at two local law firms in the Columbia area. An active member in her West Columbia community circle, Ms. Burnside is also a member of the South Carolina Injured Workers’ Advocates, South Carolina Association for Justice, South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, and the Lexington County Bar Association. Ms. Burnside was elected by her peer recognition and professional achievement in 2021 as Top Attorneys in South Carolina Rising Stars, Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2021, Lawyers of Distinction for Recognizing Excellence in Personal Injury Law in 2021 and Elite Lawyer in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 1 year old, 4-year-old, 15-year-old, and husband. She enjoys gardening, yoga, working out and skiing.

Brad Wicker was raised on the farm in Mangum, Oklahoma. Upon graduating from Mangum High School, Brad attended college at the University of Central Oklahoma, Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma State University. He played baseball at UCO and SWOSU. Brad graduated from OSU with a degree in Biology and became a science teacher and baseball coach in Duncan, Oklahoma. In 1994, Brad decided to go back to school at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He graduated with the title, Juris Doctor, in May 1996. Brad was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in April 1997. Since graduating, Brad has limited his practice to the representation of people hurt due to the bad choices made by others.

Catherine “Catie” Meehan is a partner at the Steinberg Law Firm. She has an extensive background in the medical field with degrees in both psychology and nursing, in addition to her law degree. Catie’s nursing background comes into play daily as she represents individuals who have been injured at work or in their lives. Her experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN) at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) gives her an understanding of her clients’ medical issues, injuries, treatment, and healing that many attorneys do not have. As a nurse, she developed the empathy to understand what her clients are experiencing. Clients also appreciate Catie’s open and honest communication and her ability to set realistic outcomes. Catie earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Notre Dame before heading to MUSC to earn a B.S. in nursing. Both medical and legal disciplines serve her well in understanding what victims of accidents go through. While in law school, Catie received the Founder’s Award for Professionalism in Advocacy. She also served as Student Works Editor of the Charleston Law Review. Catie has authored published articles for Charleston Law Review that explored human tissue property rights. Her other study covered NFL concussion litigation with a proposal to create a victim relief fund to compensate former NFL players with football-related neurological injuries. In addition to her law practice, Catie is involved in her community and professional organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kids’ Chance of South Carolina. This organization provides scholarships and support for college and vocational education to dependents of South Carolina workers catastrophically or fatally injured in work-related accidents. She also serves on the Alumni Board of the Charleston School of Law and the MUSC College of Nursing Board — the latter service keeps her knowledge of nursing trends current, which often aids her in helping her clients. She is a member of Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, Junior League of Charleston, South Carolina Bar Association, and the bar association’s Young Lawyers Division. Catie and her husband, Jerry, live in Charleston with their two daughters.

A seventh-generation Philadelphian, Attorney Quincy E. In 2014 he was chosen to be a Fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy program where law students taught high school students about important constitutional issues and trained their students on oral advocacy in preparation for a national moot court competition in Washington, D.C. Quincy E. Booth is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts where he maintains active memberships with the Barristers, American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court. A consummate supporter of his local community, Mr. Booth has been an Assistant Troop Leader for Boy Scout Troop 133 at the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas in Philadelphia, and currently serves as both the Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Camden Center for Youth Development in Camden, NJ. Mr. Booth has and continues to represent victims of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits arising from unsafe/ defective products, automobile accidents, construction injuries and other workplace accidents, and medical malpractice. He is also passionate in representing Estate clients with their family affairs either before an end-of-life event or after losing a loved one. Alonzo grew up in south Austin and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. After working in real estate, for the Travis County Attorney's Office, and for the Texas Legislature, he has found his home as a personal injury attorney.
