Tucker C. Stanclift was born and raised in Lake Placid, N.Y. Tucker played ice hockey there and graduated from Lake Placid Central School in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University and earned a law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Tucker is a proud father of three boys and lives in Queensbury, N.Y. He enjoys boating on Lake George with his kids in the summer. Tucker is the founding principal of Stanclift Law, PLLC, PC. He focuses his practice area in criminal law, DWI’s, civil litigation, personal injury and vehicle and traffic law. Tucker is known for his aggressive — yet compassionate — representation of his clients. He is dedicated to the legal profession and is active in the New York State Bar Association where he held a former chair of the Young Lawyers Section and is a current officer of the Criminal Justice Section. Within the community, Tucker is active in the Theater. He previously studied Shakespeare at Oxford University and enjoys live performance. He has been a member of the Glens Falls Community Theater and the Hudson River Shakespeare Company. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Charles R. Wood Theater in downtown Glens Falls.

Matthew R. Mendelsohn is a trial lawyer specializing in complex civil and class action litigation. Mr. Mendelsohn is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to practice before the Third and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kenny is the managing partner and founder of the Podor Law Firm, LLC. Kenny has been practicing personal injury law for more than 38 years. Kenny attended Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Kenny earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University John Marshall College of Law.

Douglas S. Schwartz, formerly of the Union County Prosecutor's Office, joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1999, when the name of the firm was changed to Sisselman & Schwartz, LLP. Douglas Schwartz is a practicing lawyer in the state of New Jersey specializing in Accident & Injury. Mr. Schwartz received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1991.

Stephen R. Miller leads Pond Lehocky Giordano’s Pittsburgh office. Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000, Mr. Miller has dedicated his practice to workers’ compensation law and has litigated countless cases throughout central and western Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller spent the first 15 years of his legal career as a workers’ compensation defense litigator, representing employers and insurance companies at a large regional firm where he quickly advanced to partner. These many years of defense practice and corporate consultation provided Mr. Miller with extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and how the insurance industry manages claims. In 2016, Mr. Miller concluded that he wanted to advocate for injured workers and left his long-time position to open Pond Lehocky’s Pittsburgh office. Since then, he has exclusively represented claimants. Mr. Miller speaks regularly on workers’ compensation issues. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® on multiple occasions and was named to the Best Lawyers in America® 2018 and 2019 lists.

Cathy O’Donnell is the Vice President of the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association (Luzerne County Bar); Chairperson Luzerne County Dress for Success; a member of the Board of Directors United Way Wyoming Valley; and a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Leadership of Wilkes-Barre. She is an MBA, member of the DC Bar, and served as a District Justice from 2000 to January 2002. In addition to her practice areas, Cathy serves as the Firm’s Business Manager.
