Mike’s Practice focuses on personal injury, auto accidents, and products liability; while he also has experience in estate matters and family law. In addition to his civil law practice, Mike serves as an Assistant District Attorney of the 3rd Judicial District in Lincoln Parish where he is a misdemeanor and juvenile prosecutor.

David M. Estes concentrates his practice in class action, product liability, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Estes served as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor Ashrafi of the New Jersey Appellate Division. He also served as a summer clerk to the Honorable Jerome Simandle of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and judicial intern to the Honorable Theodore McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Estes is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

JUAN L. ICAZA, was born in Cuba in 1965. He and his family came to America in 1971 and resided in New York City. He graduated from Seton Hall University and Seton Hall Law School. Mr. Icaza then joined the Newark firm of Bross, Strickland, Cary & Grossman as an associate and rose to become its managing partner at the age of 29. He and Robert R. Cary formed the firm of Cary & Icaza in 1996 and in 2009 renamed the firm to Icaza & Burgess maintaining a relationship with Robert Cary as office counsel. Mr. Icaza has been practicing law since 1990 specializing in personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, lead and toxic torts, automobile accidents and products liability. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey , Federal District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Icaza is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association and The Association of Trial lawyers of America. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

John Landwehr joined CVDL in 1984 after serving as an Assistant Attorney General under John D. Ashcroft for three years. He practices in the areas of estate planning, business formation, personal injury, real estate and commercial litigation. He also represents professionals in licensing matters. He enjoys solving problems so that his clients can be successful. John’s “hobby” is local politics. After serving seven years on the City Council in Jefferson City, John was elected Mayor in 2003 and re-elected in 2007 for a second term that ended in April 2011. He has stayed active with local issues by serving as President of Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri, and the Diocesan Planned Giving Committee. John received his B.A. (1974) and M.A. (1975) in Philosophy from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981.

Michael Fradin is a practicing attorney in the state of Illinois. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law with his J.D. in 2006. He currently works at Michael L. Fradin, Attorney at Law, his private firm in which he focuses on Accident and Injury law.

Ms. Elizabeth Lample Castillo started working in the legal industry in 1996, and in 2002 she graduated from law school in the Dominican Republic. After practicing law in a real estate firm in the Dominican Republic, she moved to the State of Georgia and worked for seven (7) years for a workers’ compensation and personal injury firm in Marietta, Georgia. Because Ms. Lample Castillo founded fulfilling and gratifying representing injured clients, she attended law school at Georgia State University and obtained her Juris Doctor to practice law in the State of Georgia. Ms. Lample Castillo founded Lample Law, LLC. in 2016 under the belief that the firm would represent the injured, not powerful Insurance companies. She offers direct contact with clients, which is not found when you hire a high-volume television law firm.
