Since 1975, when Steve worked as a Federal Deputy Defender and during his long career focusing on personal injury and commercial litigation, Steve has made it a point to fight hard and creatively for his clients at every turn. I have successfully handled cases throughout Central Florida, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties and I know both sides of the conflict. After graduating from law school with honors from Mercer University in 1993, my first job was with a firm that handled lawsuits on behalf of insurers. I was mentored in and taught the strategies and tactics of the defense. As I gained that experience, I came to realize that I was on the wrong side of the struggle. I made the most rewarding move of my career when I joined the Plaintiff’s bar and began helping victims in their fight to recover from their losses. While I have never looked back, I believe that the knowledge I gained representing my now adversary, gives me valuable insight and perspective in overcoming the obstacles and roadblocks the insurance lawyers raise. Before joining Rad Law Group, Jessie gained experience in personal injury and family law, honing her skills in both fields. At Rad Law Group, she has worked on civil litigation, family law, and personal injury cases, guiding clients with care and dedication to help them seek justice. Jessie’s commitment to her clients is evident in her responsive and compassionate approach, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their legal journey. In law school, Jessie was actively involved in pro bono work, interning at the California Women’s Law Center and volunteering with the Saturday Academy of Law to support underrepresented students. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, reading, and spending time with her dog, Bandit.

Chris's personal injury practice involves representation of those injured or the families of those killed in car and trucking accidents. He also represents those harmed due to defective and unreasonably dangerous drugs or other products. Chris was born in Burlington, Vermont. He graduated cum laude from both St. Lawrence University in 1993 and from Suffolk University Law School in 1996. At Suffolk, he was a recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award and was a member and an editor of the Transnational Law Review. Chris was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1996 and practiced in Boston at the law firm of Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney for six years primarily in the area of medical malpractice before being admitted to the Vermont Bar in 2002. Chris was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 1997. Chris is on the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Vermont Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association. Romero Pearson is a practicing attorney in Lawrenceville, GA. His specialties include civil litigation, which includes personal injury and medical malpractice Mr. Pearson graduated from Historic Fisk University in Nashville, TN and he earned his J.D. from Marshall Law School. An active participant in the annual Gwinnett County Mock Trial, a county event for high school students. At a young age, Michael J. Wyatt admired the attorneys in movies who represented “the little guy.” He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from Washburn University in 2004 and a Juris Doctor (with honors) from Washburn University School of Law in 2007.
