A. Parker Trotz joined Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2013 upon graduating from law school. He is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and has been named as a Rising Star in the field of Personal Injury by Super Lawyers, which recognizes lawyers who have received professional achievement in their field and the community. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, he is a fifth generation Memphian. In 2006, Mr. Trotz graduated from Ridgeway High School in Memphis before attending college at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from the UGA Terry College of Business, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Following college, Mr. Trotz moved to New Orleans to begin law school at Tulane University Law School. In the classroom, Mr. Trotz was named to the Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Trotz clerked for judges at the state and federal court levels in Georgia and Louisiana, respectively. In addition, Mr. Trotz volunteered with the Tipitina’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization that seeks to enrich and promote the music community and culture of New Orleans. Through this program, Mr. Trotz helped low income artists and musicians who could not afford legal counsel achieve their goals by assisting them with needs such as business formation, drafting contracts, reviewing documents, and intellectual property issues. Since joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2013, Mr. Trotz has handled personal injury cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, and negligent security. Catherine Marsden is an attorney practicing in the Commercial, Industrial, and Catastrophic Injury Litigation department at Bailey & Galyen. She is an El Paso native and a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso who now calls Dallas home. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018 after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law. Attorney Anthony Iacono was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He graduated from Canisius High School and went to John Carroll University where he studied political science with a concentration in legal studies. Anthony was an active member of their debate team. He then went on to graduate from Canisius College. Anthony received his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in civil advocacy. He graduated cum laude, was a member of the Cooley Mock Trial team and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.

Mr. Adler received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded Special Distinction in Business. Mr. Adler was also awarded scholarship memberships in Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma Phi, a National Professional Business Fraternity. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Adler, who graduated from college 6 months early, worked as an Alternate Funding Analyst for Aetna Life and Casualty in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Adler attended Western New England College of Law and graduated Cum Laude, and thereafter entered private practice. Mr. Adler’s practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury; wrongful death; premises liability; all insurance and coverage matters; product liability; cases involving every form of motor vehicle and boat; and business and commercial matters. Mr. Adler regularly and successfully tries the cases in State and Federal courthouses throughout the State of Connecticut. Attorney Adler serves as a member of the “Counsel on Litigation Management” and the law firm is recommended counsel by “A.M. Best” rated insurance attorneys. Todd Miller was born in Fargo, North Dakota where he attended school and graduated from Fargo North High School. He is an Eagle Scout. After graduating from high school, Todd went to college at the University of North Dakota and graduated from law school at UND. Todd’s practice will focus on mass tort litigation, including representing people injured by defective and unsafe drugs and defective medical devices. He will also handle personal injury litigation including representation of people hurt in automobile accidents, animal attacks and slip and falls, as well as the general practice of law.
