Danielle is an associate attorney at Sgro & Roger, representing clients in a range of personal injury, criminal, and family law matters. She is devoted to helping her clients obtain the most favorable outcome in the resolution of their cases. Danielle joins the firm after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Eric Johnson in Department XX of the Eighth Judicial District Court. During her term, she assisted the Court render decisions in various civil and criminal matters. She also gained invaluable trial experience working on medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and felony cases.

Attorney Ryan Zabel is committed to fighting for justice for his clients, whether they have been wrongfully injured or are facing criminal charges. Mr. Zabel was born and raised in North Carolina where he attended Appalachian State University for his undergraduate degree. After working in the commercial door and hardware industry for nine years, Mr. Zabel moved to Maryland to pursue his JD, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Zabel was a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse Honor Society. Mr. Zabel also served as a Staff Editor on the University of Baltimore Law Forum. During law school Mr. Zabel represented clients as a Rule 19 attorney through the Human Trafficking Prevention Project Clinic. After graduating from law school, Mr. Zabel secured a position as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anthony Vittoria in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. During his clerkship, Mr. Zabel conducted research, drafted opinions and orders, and assisted the Judge in all aspects of both civil and criminal trials. Following his clerkship, Mr. Zabel worked at a firm specializing in professional malpractice defense. Mr. Zabel then moved on to his next endeavor as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County. While working as a prosecutor, Mr. Zabel prosecuted thousands of major motor vehicle and misdemeanor criminal cases. In addition to handling a significant volume of cases which allowed him to hone his trial skills, Mr. Zabel was also entrusted with the training of incoming attorneys. Mr. Zabel brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive trial experience. He is steadfast in his commitment to his clients and always fights for justice.

Attending Florida State University for both her undergraduate and law degree allowed her to have the unique experience of working in the Capitol during legislative session seeing firsthand the power that “big money interests” have on lobbying efforts throughout the State of Florida. This, along with Alana’s innate passion for justice, has resulted in her trying multiple cases throughout the State of Florida and representing countless clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. After admission to the Florida Bar, she also gained admission to the Federal Bar of the Southern District of Florida. Alana enjoys being with her family and rescue dogs in her spare time.

My name is Tej Singh - I am the founder of Tej Law Firm, PLLC in Texas and Tej Law Firm, PC in California. I started this firm in December 2020 with one goal: to help real people with real problems. I am a proud Aggie and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Business Administration. I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with Honors in 2016. I am fully licensed and serve clients in both Texas and California and have thus am able to represent clients in both states. In my career thus far, I am fortunate to have already worked in diverse legal environments, spanning from firms of varying sizes to varying legal subspecialities. In law school, I clerked for various firms, specializing in employment law, personal injury, and intellectual property. I am fortunate to have a diverse spectrum of prior experiences that I now apply at my firm. Once I was granted admission to the California State Bar, I initially practiced with the largest Workers’ Compensation Defense Firm in California (Los Angeles). For two years, I protected and limited exposure to employers dealing with injured workers. I built relationships with Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Court Judges and learned the Workers’ Compensation system from the perspective of the Defense. After passing the California Bar Exam, I decided to challenge myself to also pass the Texas Bar Exam so that I could serve as legal counsel in Texas for my family. After I was granted admission to the Texas State Bar, I moved to Texas and practiced as a defense attorney in areas of employment law, Texas Dram Shop Law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and Texas windstorm insurance. Before starting my own firm, I worked at a plaintiff’s firm focusing on wage and hour disputes as well as medical malpractice claims. My main practice area is Employment law including wage and hour claims and California Workers' Compensation claims. In California, I represent clients that have been injured at work with their Workers’ Compensation claims. I know how the Defense thinks, and I know what to anticipate in their legal strategies. I work closely with my clients, as part of a team, to ensure that my clients’ rights are protected after an injury or ailment developed in the workplace. We will work together to make sure that you receive proper medical treatment, fair compensation for time missed from work, compensation for any loss in future earnings, and future medical treatment. I also handle Wills and Estate Planning in Texas. My goal is to ensure that my clients maintain peace of mind knowing that all their necessary legal documents are prepared and valid, with all assets accounted for, in the case of an emergency or the unfortunate passing of a family member.

Chase Keibler grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA in a blue-collar town before he and his family moved to South Carolina in 2013. Chase holds true to his core values: hard work through teamwork and drive, justice through vision and planning, and service through commitment to others. Chase graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (“IUP”), located about 60 miles outside of Pittsburgh. While at IUP, Chase met his wife, Laura, played ACHA Division I hockey, and served as the captain of the hockey team his senior year. Chase graduated IUP with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Pre-law and a minor degree in Political Science, and he was an ACHA Academic All American his junior and senior year. During his sophomore year at IUP, he started the IUP Pre-Law Society and served as its President for three years. For six years throughout the final years of high school and while getting his undergraduate degree, Chase worked as a roofer laying shingles. Following IUP, Chase studied law at The University of South Carolina School of Law. He graduated in the top 15% of the class, cum laude, and Order of the Wig and Robe and served as the Senior Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and as a Judicial Extern for Judge Michelle Childs in the District of South Carolina. Following law school, Chase began his career as a trial attorney at Nexsen Pruet, LLC – one of the region’s largest and well-respected law firms. While at Nexsen Pruet, Chase represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court and had a diverse litigation practice, handling matters related to federal antitrust cartels, unfair trade practice, complex commercial and business litigation, personal injury and related insurance actions, and land use litigation. Chase successfully represented businesses in multi-million-dollar disputes including prosecuting price-fixing antitrust cartels, breach of contract claims, and bad faith insurance claims for insurer’s failure to cover or defend an insured. Chase also represented individual plaintiffs who suffered personal injuries including dog bites, bed bugs, and injuries caused by the government. Importantly, Chase represented insurance companies in truck accidents and car accidents. While representing insurance companies, Chase learned how they value cases, he saw how they treat injured individuals, and he learned how they operate. Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Paul W. Special Masters preside over a docket of cases on which they holds hearings, controls scheduling, rules on motions, acts as the finder of fact in evidentiary hearings, and ultimately issues a report to the Supreme Court – which has exclusive authority to decide attorney discipline – recommending what action should be taken. Only about 20 lawyers in the State of Georgia are appointed as Special Masters. Paul believes in staying involved in professional and community organizations. He is member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Board of Governor and is President of the Southern District of Georgia Federal Bar Association. He is a graduate of Leadership Savannah and the State Bar of Georgia Leadership Academy.
